Remote Tech Support (Level 1)
First point of contact for client hosting and website issues. Triage tickets, resolve common problems, and escalate where needed. Experience with cPanel, DNS, and WordPress required.
WordPress Developer
Build and maintain WordPress sites for our clients. Theme development, plugin customisation, performance optimisation, and WooCommerce builds. Strong PHP and modern WordPress practices required.
Astro Developer
Develop high-performance static and hybrid sites using Astro, Tailwind CSS, and headless CMS integrations. Experience with TypeScript, Cloudflare Pages, and modern frontend tooling preferred.
IT Technician (Junior)
Hands-on local IT support for our office and clients across Grand Cayman. Hardware setup, networking, troubleshooting, and on-site installations. Entry-level — we will train the right candidate.
