Cayman Islands
Tangible design that makes a lasting impression. Brochures, business cards, packaging, signage, and marketing materials — crafted for Cayman Islands businesses that understand the power of print.
What We Do
Print design that demands attention
In a digital world, print stands out. A well-designed business card, a beautifully printed brochure, or thoughtfully packaged product creates a tactile experience that screens cannot replicate. We design print materials that people keep, share, and remember.
Every print project we take on is prepared to press-ready standards from day one. We work in CMYK, set up correct bleeds and trim marks, and communicate directly with printers in the Cayman Islands to ensure what you approve on screen is what comes off the press.
- CMYK colour management from concept to press
- Bleed, trim marks, and dieline preparation
- Paper stock and finish recommendations
- Direct coordination with local Cayman printers
- Source files and brand guidelines included

How We Work
Our print design process
Brief & Specifications
We gather your requirements — purpose, audience, dimensions, quantity, and any printer specifications. We review existing brand assets and confirm the technical setup including paper stock, finish, and colour requirements.
Concept & Layout
We develop initial layout concepts — exploring typography, imagery, colour, and composition. You review two to three directions and choose the one that best fits your brand and message.
Refinement & Proofing
The chosen concept is refined through two to three rounds of revisions. We share high-resolution digital proofs at each stage. You see every detail — colours, typography, imagery, and layout — before we prepare for press.
Pre-Press & Delivery
Final files are prepared with bleeds, trim marks, and correct colour profiles. We package everything — press-ready PDFs, editable source files, and print specifications — and can coordinate directly with your Cayman Islands printer.

FAQ
Common questions
We deliver press-ready PDF files (PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4), along with packaged Adobe InDesign files, editable Illustrator files (AI, EPS), and high-resolution raster files (TIFF, PSD) with bleed marks, crop marks, and correct colour profiles. Every file is prepared to your printer's exact specifications.
RGB (Red, Green, Blue) is used for screens — websites, social media, and digital displays. CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key/Black) is used for printing. We design all print materials in CMYK from the start to ensure the colours you see on screen translate accurately to the printed piece. We also specify Pantone spot colours when brand consistency is critical.
Yes. We advise on paper weight, texture, and finish based on the purpose of your piece. Business cards often work well on 350gsm or 400gsm stock with a matte laminate or spot UV finish. Brochures typically use 170gsm gloss or silk for inner pages with a heavier cover. We can arrange paper samples from local Cayman Islands printers so you can feel the options before committing.
Business cards and letterheads typically take 3-5 business days. A multi-page brochure takes 1-2 weeks depending on page count and content readiness. Packaging design usually requires 2-3 weeks to account for dieline creation and proofing. We provide a specific timeline during the proposal stage based on your project scope.
We share digital proofs as high-resolution PDFs at each stage — initial concepts, refined layouts, and final pre-press files. You review and provide feedback at each round. Before going to print, we supply a final proof with trim marks, bleed, and colour specifications for your sign-off. We can also arrange a physical press proof for large or critical print runs.
We design for large format output including banners, trade show displays, vehicle wraps, wall graphics, and outdoor signage. Large format files are prepared at the correct resolution (typically 150 DPI at full size or 300 DPI at half size) with appropriate colour profiles. We work with trusted large format printers in the Cayman Islands to ensure quality output.
From our design side, there is no minimum — we are happy to design a single business card layout or a one-off event poster. Minimum quantities are set by the printer, not by us. For most commercial printers in the Cayman Islands, typical minimums are 100 for business cards, 50 for brochures, and 1 for large format items like banners or signage.
